By downloading, installing, or using the Tiny Relief mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tiny Relief. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Tiny Relief is a wellness app designed to provide micro-relief tasks and mood tracking to users experiencing burnout, low energy, or overstimulation. The App offers:
What Tiny Relief is not: a habit tracker, meditation app, fitness coach, therapy service, or journaling platform. It is a micro-relief tool only.
Important: Tiny Relief is a general wellness tool only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App constitutes a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
We expressly disclaim any responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on content provided within the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The App offers a free tier with limited features (3 tasks/day, 7-day history). Premium features are available through paid subscriptions:
Billing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes don't affect your current active period.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by or licensed to Tiny Relief and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App without our express written permission.

The App integrates with Supabase (database), Firebase (analytics and notifications), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple App Store (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TINY RELIEF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
